Waking Up

Memphis Trip

Brady had his first official happy hour yesterday, he slept the entire time. You'll notice his beverage of choice sitting in the cup holder.


We're currently in Memphis visiting my parents and having a nice relaxing time, I came for a visit while Bryan went off to work. Poor Bryan left yesterday for home to play golf, go out and sleep the nights away in peace...he better enjoy it because we are coming home soon.... The picture above is of Brady giving his daddy a goodbye kiss.

Laura and I plan to hang out and have fun with the babies so I'm sure we will take lots of pics and post them on our blogs. Brady and I had a chance to visit with her and the twins, they are so big and loud compared to Brady! I think they're getting into that fun stage now, I can't wait until he gets to that age.

Daddy Time

Bath time was a success! Brady isn't at all phased by water- in fact, I think he enjoys it.

Latest Happenings

We haven't been up to much lately, just being a new family and adjusting to our ever changing sleep schedule! Today we went for his first professional portraits and he was such a good baby for the photographer. I'll send out the pictures as soon as they come back from the studio.

The Weigh In

Here he is- 9lbs 1oz and 22 1/2 inches long with a full head of dark brown hair. We are so excited to finally meet him. Both Brady and I were healthy, happy and glad to be finished with the labor and delivery!!!
