Hold on to your socks cause I'm about to knock them off!

Well, Brady is going to be a big brother! Yep, your eyes aren't playing tricks, that said big brother. At the whoping age of 7 weeks his fate was sealed, we are having another baby. I am 14 weeks pregnant and feeling great. I figured I would go ahead and share the news before people start assuming I never lost my baby weight. The belly has started to bulge out and I no longer fit in my regular jeans so I'm back in my maternity pants! Trust me, it was a shocker and still is some days but we are very excited about baby 2. Can you believe it???

Jump, jump, jumperoo

Good times on the horsie jumper. Brady really goes nuts in this thing, he bounces in every direction and I sometimes think he is going to break his neck! Good thing is he's worn out when he's finished playing.

Grant comes to town!

Stacie and Grant came by yesterday and spent the night with us. He is such a sweet baby and so tiny- oh how fast that will change...
Here are the pictures of the two boys-Brady was really not happy about taking pics today but Grant didn't seem to mind at all.

Pass the broccoli please

Brady had his first real taste of food today and while he did a lot of gagging, he actually ate the majority of his homemade broccoli puree. We will stick to the broccoli for the next week (hope it doesn't make him to gassy) and then we are on to yams. Below is a video of his mealtime, it's a long one but funny at times.

Christmas and 4 month Well Baby Visit

Brady had his Well Baby visit this week and the first thing out of the docs mouth was "what a big boy!" According to his weight and height he is 7 months old, so yes, we have a big boy. The doc says he's on track to be around 6'3 to 6'4- it's amazing how they can already project that stuff.
Height- 26.5 inches 92nd percentile
Weight- 16lbs 13oz 85th percentile

We had a wonderful Christmas, Brady was spoiled with tons of gifts. I've officially laid down the law on gifts- he can only have them at Christmas and on Birthdays. I don't want him thinking he gets a toy for going to Target and a child can only play with so much (besides, we are running out of room). There are many ways to spoil a baby without buying them things so we are going to explore these options. Enjoy the pics from Christmas.

Brady and my mom playing with his new bird bath toy. It sounds like a toilet bowl flushing, nice huh?

Can you tell who's more excited?

His first ride on the rocking horse-he loves it!
