Holiday Fun

The kids had a great Christmas, New Year and snow week. They received so much for Christmas and loved everything. I had to clean out the old toys to make room for more. They received the bean bags and bounce house as gifts and as you can see they were a hit! Enjoy!

The Pumpkin Patch and a Petting Zoo

We ventured out several weekends ago to North Ga to visit the Bert's Pumpkin Patch and an Elijay Apple Orchard. The kids had a great time at both but the highlight of the day was definitely the hayride. Of course I didn't get a single picture of it but they really had fun, especially Brady.

This past weekend we went to the Air Show at Dobbins at it was AMAZING. We got to see some wonderful friends and their adorable tots too! Sorry but I didn't get any pictures of the outing to share but regardless it was a great time and it wore the kids out completely (yay!).

Happy Birthday Brady!

Brady turned 2 back in August. We had a little family get together and a cookie cake for him. That morning I kept asking Brady if he wanted to have a party, cake and presents and he would say "no cake, no presents, no party." Silly kid, he had a blast anyway! Thank you to everyone that gave him a gift, he's completely spoiled. Avery even made out like a little bandit- she got a ton of stuff too!

Both kids are doing well. Everyone is healthy and growing. Brady has started school 2 days a week and after several classes he finally took to it, I hope he always loves school. Avery is trouble with a capital T. She is into EVERYTHING...where do I start? She is a pint sized clown and Bryan and I have our hands full. Lucky for us she is a very happy toddler and just loves everyone she comes in contact with, funny girl.

Avery turns ONE!

Avery had a great first birthday, thanks to everyone that have helped us through the first year. She had a beautiful party and was completely spoiled. Enjoy the pictures of the party and of her and Brady in the splash pool.

Togetherness

We have been pretty busy lately. We bought a house and moved (pics to come)last month which has caused me large amounts of stress but thankfully we are all settled in...for now. Brady and Avery have been attending music class and they love it, Brady has always been a dancing machine but this class lets him dance and make music. Avery seems to enjoy it as well, she claps throughout the songs. Avery has also started pulling herself across the floor however this doesn't happen often as she prefers being carried and usually cries until she gets her way- spoiled! The picks are from Easter and brother/sister bonding time.

Gone is the Toothless Grin

Below are a few new pics of our adorable girl. Avery's just over 17 pounds at 8 months old and she just got her first tooth. She still hasn't offered to crawl but she is very interested in standing up while leaning onto the couch, maybe she will just skip the crawling. Check out the pics of her cute, chubby legs and her new tooth.

We've had a lot going on recently with surgery, sickness and work. Thankfully we are all in good shape, Brady is healthy and Avery has had a smooth recovery from her kidney surgery. Enjoy the pics of the kids playing together and opening their valentine's from Grandma and Grandpa Turner.

It was a Merry Christmas

Brady and Avery had a great Christmas. Taking Brady into the living room to see what Santa had left him Christmas morning was the highlight for me, he lit up like the Christmas Tree! Avery is still a bit young but I think she enjoyed herself too. Thanks to everyone who traveled to Atlanta to spend the holiday with us, we love you and had a great time.
